LII Pilot: Empowering Jewish communal growth through education

Empathize

1. Empathize

  • Build Steering Committee of influential stakeholders from across the Jewish ecosystem to think differently about enrollment
  • Deep dive into the nuances of  enrollment + engagement barriers facing each pilot school
Define

2. Define

  • Hypothesize archetypal potential families, including demographic + psychographic characteristics 
  • Test hypotheses of greatest enrollment barriers through innovative research process
Ideate

3. Ideate

  • Generate insights from research to brainstorm innovative interventions
  • Leverage past data to expand design for  potential solutions
Prototype

4. Prototype

  • Define scope and resourcing for each intervention, followed by implementation plan
  • Internally test feasibility + effectiveness of interventions

  • Launch and implement interventions in each pilot city
  • Create central database of best practices to share with schools nationwide
