LII's mission is to catapult enrollment at Jewish day schools in the US through novel, disruptive approaches with existing strong Jewish day schools
We work with broad groups of Jewish leaders to broaden ownership of the Jewish future, with education at the center. Through deep exploration of local Jewish communal life across the US, we can scale to be true partners in enhancing the value proposition of day schools nationwide
Through strong understanding of parental decision making and innovative interventions, LII helps families explore Jewish day school as a center of Jewish communal life
We work with leading day schools, foundations, private philanthropists, synagogues, early childhood centers, and other Jewish organizations to develop shared ownership over communal Jewish challenges, using Jewish day school enrollment as a vehicle toward change
We form Steering Committees made up of local Jewish thought leaders and LII Strategic Consultants to think big, challenge normative assumptions, and increase focus on Jewish day schools and education
We partner with leading researchers to better understand Jewish families: who they are, what they believe, and how they make decisions around education
Generating creative interventions that can improve the value proposition of Jewish day schools beyond affordability
